You can collaborate on spreadsheets real-time also. There are paying options. The free version has no storage for attachments and you can only have up to 10 spreadsheets. That is solved easily by just using something such as box (www.box.net) or tubesnow (www.tubesnow.com).
5. www.basecamphq.com - online project managing. This is really nice because you can have your own logo and stuff. Their is chat capability with Campfire and there can be multiple people in the company.
