We all like office collaboration. Being able to be up on the ball on things. Not have 50 different versions of the same document that you can't share so here are some online office collaboration and sharing software for anywhere from the next cubicle to across the world.
1. www.collanos.com - a single place to collaborate with your team. See emails updated files and messages that alert you to new content. You can talk to each other with the software in the discussion area.
2. www.editgrid.com - this is web 2.0 spreadsheets with online collaboration so you can all work on the same document at the same time.
3. www.xcellery.com - this is editgrid but you work with real excel documents and if you don't have excel you can use their own web 2.0 version
4. www.smartsheet.com - You can manage tasks, projects or processes online in a web 2.0 interface with no software there is real-time collaboration and you can receive updates via email. You can collaborate on spreadsheets real-time also. There are paying options. The free version has no storage for attachments and you can only have up to 10 spreadsheets. That is solved easily by just using something such as box (www.box.net) or tubesnow (www.tubesnow.com).
5. www.basecamphq.com - online project managing. This is really nice because you can have your own logo and stuff. Their is chat capability with Campfire and there can be multiple people in the company.
